Modern Arnis is one of the most highly recognized styles of effective combat martial arts when dealing with weapons. It is a composite style composed of classical techniques of Filipino Anis, Kali & Escrima.
It is a complete, highly effective martial art that uses: Joint locks, empty hand trapping, locking and striking, low line kicking techniques, takedowns & nerve center strikes. It is best known for its devastating stick, sword & knife techniques.
Students will learn the basic concepts of the art along with simple and easy to use techniques to further enhance their martial art training. Testing will be available at future seminars (after meeting the requirements) for those who wish to test and earn rank in Modern Arnis.

Instructor
Master Jay Boiselle has been teaching martial arts for over 28 years and teaching Filipino Martial Arts for over 21 years. In the 1980s he had the number one stick fighting school in Washington State and has taken numerous awards & championships in Filipino Weapons Forms & Full Contact Stick Fighting throughout the USA and Canada.
He holds black belts in Taekwondo, Modern Arnis & Karate. | |
